This wasn't right, there was no way that this was right. The young noble with midnight blue hair made her way through the mansion in search for her brother and parents. There was no way this was happening. At any moment now, she’d wake up in her bed from a nightmare, and there Ciel would be sleeping beside her.

Robyn wept in fear holding her hand over her mouth in an attempt to cease the coughing fit; the smoke tickled her lungs, she cried for help, her silent words echoed on the walls and through the empty corridors. Her knees weakened and the girl fell to the floor. Honestly, Robyn had always hated that; her asthma which already made her lungs worked as well as bricks. Now, the smoke only made it that much worse.

It felt as though her lungs were bricks and instead of pumping oxygen it felt as though it was tar pumping through her body. Robyn’s body began to quit, shut down, her coughing, not seeming to end. “C-Ciel…” She squeaked before her body neared its limit.

He looked just like she did, only with shorter hair; his asthma was not as bad as his twin’s. Not to mention, Ciel was stronger, and had a higher pain tolerance level. “Robyn,” The boy cried. Where was she? Where his little sister!? He coughed weakly and avoided the falling ceiling. When he finally came across tattered red and white cloth he followed the trail of tattered clothes and blood his hope of finding his sister alive was falling nil.

These new found torn and bloodied fabrics, gave Ciel a sense of insecurity. Ciel was scared, especially for an innocent ten year old like himself. Finally in a crumpled heap of ash and crumbled ceiling, Ciel found the body of his mother; he felt sick. By their mother, was his twin sister, and she was being crushed by a flaming beam. He wondered if Robyn had found their mother, and that’s why she there? In an abnormal sense of adrenalin Ciel picked up the beam and moved it. The elder twin managed to lift the small, frail lifeless body of Robyn Phantomhive from the ground. Ciel made his way down the stairs he already knew what the headlines would say. It took everything in his power to even try to carry his sister to the door. His body was failing and he wasn't even sure if Robyn was alive at this point. It wasn't long before he simply gave up, passing out from exhaustion.

They didn’t awake in their bed, they weren’t even in their house, Robyn was attached to something to help her breathe, and the only reason that happened was because they didn’t want to kill the only female that they’d captured. That being the only reason, Robyn was the first of the siblings to endure the pain. Ciel had woken as the branding iron was placed in the fire, to reheat it.

All Ciel could do was watch in horror as the branding iron was lifted out of the flames and pressed onto the right side of her back. Her screams of pain sounded almost gurgled and she felt the iron being pressed into her body. Robyn was screaming in pain, begging for it to end; all she wanted was to get back to her brother. All Robyn could do was let out her sharp ear piercing screams, begging for help from God. No one could help her, not even this god that she still believed in could help her.

“Robyn!” Ciel’s voice was pained as he watched his little sister go through such pain and torment. He couldn’t bear to watch, all he wanted was for his baby sister to not see so much pain or feel so much. “You bastards let her go!” he screamed out and tried to escape. Shaking the bars of the cage, Ciel was forced to listen as his baby sister beg for mercy, beg for help, soon after her pain came to a halt; Robyn was thrown back into the cage and back into her brother’s arms.

The young noble was scared, that was normal, Robyn wasn’t strong; she was weaker than her brother, twice as scared too. “Twins huh?” A voice asked from above. “That means twice the money; let’s get them ready.” They grabbed the siblings, tearing Robyn from her brother’s arms.

“Ciel!” She screamed reaching out to him. They grabbed Ciel and brought the two to a table; after tying the young nobles down the people began chanting Robyn teared up and the room filled with darkness. Ciel seemed to be muttering something, begging to be saved, but at the point, Robin couldn’t make out what he was saying.

“A demon, did that brat summon a demon!?” The voices around them grew puzzled. A demon, had her twin brother just summon a demon? Robyn couldn’t believe it, she refused. Staring at Ciel Robyn didn’t know what to do. Another voice was made prominent above the rest of them; a male’s voice, it was clear, crisp and it reminded her of her fathers.

“Who summoned me?” the shadowy figure in front of them spoke.

“Me.” Ciel told him, a smirk playing on his lips. “I want power, an unforeseeable power so I can get revenge on my parents and take back the Phantomhive name!” Robyn clung to the bindings; she didn’t know what to think. She couldn’t speak; she couldn’t think she didn’t know what to do. “I want to go home!” Ciel snapped. Robyn begged for mercy; to be taken with her brother that she’d make a contract to.

The Demon moved closer to her and asked her wish. Speaking in a whisper she told the demon, she wanted the power to protect her brother from evil. To make sure that he was always safe that no matter what he’d be safe, and happy. A hand with black painted fingernails was brought over the left of her face. Robyn screamed in pain as her eye started to bleed; the pain lasted for thirty seconds before she was ripped free and the pain coursed through Ciel.

Never having heard that kind of scream from her brother Robyn trembled, unable to move; when Ciel was ripped free they were brought out into open air. “Sebastian.” The twins murmured weakly. “That’s your name, from here on out your name is Sebastian and you’ll do as we tell you.”

Robyn didn’t know what to do, what to think, she was still in too much shock, her body ached and she trembled from the breeze escaping under her clothes. How long had it been? There were so many questions she was asking herself, how long have they been away? Did anyone miss them, how was their aunt Anne? Robyn questioned it all.
